Summary

Victoria was selected to host the 2026 Commonwealth Games. As part of its preparation for hosting the Games, the Organising Committee engaged CIRCA to learn from CIRCA’s evaluation of the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games RAP. While the evaluation report is publicly available, the Victorian team wanted the opportunity to workshop the 2018 evaluation findings with the CIRCA research team members. To this end, CIRCA delivered a full-day workshop to the Victoria 2026 Commonwealth Games Organising Committee, and a report of recommendations to guide the development of a RAP (or equivalent) for Victoria 2026.
