NSW Health Vaccination Campaign Concept Testing

Summary

Ipsos engaged CIRCA to conduct concept testing with CALD communities for an NSW government health campaign. The campaign aims to promote vaccination uptake and healthy behaviours among the older residents in NSW.

CIRCA’s Research Approach

CIRCA conducted two focus groups with 65+-year-old NSW residents from Mandarin- and Arabic-speaking backgrounds. All focus groups were held in-language and in-culture, with translated concepts shown to participants.

Research Findings and Outcomes

CIRCA provided Ipsos with the focus group notes that provided insights into participants’ reactions and preferences for tested territory ideas.
