Holly is a social researcher and evaluator who has dedicated her career to bridging the gap between research, policy and people.

Holly has been working in mixed-methods research and evaluation since 2019. She is passionate about the power that research and evaluation have to connect communities with decision-makers and drive positive change.

Holly’s professional experience reflects expertise in synthesising evidence to amplify the voices of marginalised communities. She has worked across a broad range of social and community sectors, with a strong interest in youth rights, mental health and disability services.

As a neurodivergent researcher, Holly brings a unique perspective to her work that allows her to think outside the box, organise tasks and identify patterns. She is a creative communicator and problem-solver who strives to make research accessible to all.
