Pino is a leading commentator and consultant in the area of migration and multicultural policy. He has been involved with culturally and linguistically diverse communities for over 40 years, and has worked in multicultural affairs across three sectors. Pino was most recently the Honorary President of FECCA (The Federation of Ethnic Communities Councils of Australia) and its Chair from 2009 – 2013. Pino complements his professional experience with over three decades of volunteering in civil society organisations concerned with settlement, welfare, the arts and aged care.

Pino is passionate about multicultural affairs and social justice and provides an informed voice in advocating for the needs and interests of our diverse cultural, linguistic and religious communities.
