Minjin brings expertise in behavioural insights, qualitative research, stakeholder engagement, and evidence-based policy development.

Prior to joining the CIRCA team in 2026, Minjin worked across government, regulatory, and social policy projects, delivering research and advisory services to public and private sector clients. Minjin has contributed to a wide range of projects spanning gambling harm minimisation, regulatory communications, environmental management, workplace health and safety, misinformation and social cohesion, and public sector reform.

Across her work, Minjin is particularly motivated by research that amplifies community voices and helps organisations make better decisions for the people they serve. She is passionate about understanding how people’s lived experiences, environments, and social contexts shape behaviour, and enjoys working on projects that bridge rigorous evidence with practical action.

Minjin holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours Class I) and brings a strong foundation in behavioural science, social research, and policy analysis to multidisciplinary project teams.
